Warranty

There is a 12 month warranty on all equipment. Infrared sauna blankets and trolleys do not have any warranty provided with purchase. Warranty does not include any damage to glass portions of equipment (steamer jars, electrodes, brushes, spray bottles,tips). All of our products are inspected prior to being released from our shipping facility. If you are to receive any boxes which have been damaged please contact us immediately to report to shipping department at 305-825-2565. Our company is not held responsible for any shipping charges on damaged equipment to be sent back to our store for repair. Warranty does not include any environmental wear and tear to products. All equipment is to be used for professional use only. The right to return defective products shall constitute facialcare.net sole liability and buyers exclusive remedy in connection with any claim of any kind relating to the quality and condition of the product.

Shipping & Delivery

ELTK Med Pro offers shipping both in the continental United States and international. All shipping prices listed on website are based off of USA postal code not including Puerto Rico. For international shipping prices please contact us directly for quote at 305-825-2565.
All items are inspected prior to delivery and will be sent out day following order placed. Items are sent via UPS or USPS. Some items may require signature upon delivery. Please allow a shipping time frame of 7-10 business days for arrival in continental USA. A delivery confirmation will be sent via email with tracking information from our tracking and shipping team.

Returns

If you are not satisficed with your purchase we will accept most returns within 30 days of purchase with a 40% restocking fee to be applied. All returns must be in original packaging and must be unused. Upon arrival of returned product our return inspection team will do a full inspection of the returned product. If any parts ,accessories or items are missing from the product you will not be provided the full refund for your merchandise. Shipping costs for returns or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Credit will only be issued to the original payment method of purchase.
